Gran Festa da d’Istà – Canazei

6-8 September 2024. Folkloristic celebration with good music and tasting of typical food

From September 6th to 8th 2024 in Canazei, the “Gran Festa da d’Istà” is a good opportunity to taste typical local dishes and to listen to some good music played by folk bands from Austria and Alto Adige.

At the Gran Festa d’Istà, this year at its 43rd edition,  a big tent is installed as a refreshment area and as the center of the celebration. Every year it attracts many tourists and local people to celebrate the end of the Summer.

During the last day of the feast, on Sunday, music bands and folkloristic bands walk through the streets of Canazei which come from 4 Valleys (Val di Fassa, Val Badia, Val Gardena and valle di Livinallongo).
