September 19th to 22nd and 26th to 30th, 2024 is taking place in Sandrigo, in the province of Vicenza, the 37th edition of the Salted Codfish Festival, a gastronomic event in honor of the famous Vicenza specialty.
As always, food stands are scattered in the square in Sandrigo, and on Sunday there is a parade of the “Confraternity of Bacalà”
